[cisco-voip] Fwd A Number

You must make sure the Active checkbox on the DN is selected if it is not associated to a device. I recommend you assign the DN to a CTI Route Point to keep track of the number, It is hard to find DN's that are not attached to devices sometimes.

Even if you delete all the phones on a line, as long as the DN still exists, it will still be forwarded.
