[cisco-voip] Need help on inbound call flow

Hi guys,

Need a help.

Scenario is : ITSP --> CUBE --> CUCM --> IP Phone

I can see the call going to the IP Phone with 401 Authorization and then
with Re-Invite it is ringing and 200 OK but I am not hearing any ringing
and the device is also not ringing.
Not sure what is the reason. Can anyone help.
Also I have not set any Digest authentication , but CUCM is rejecting first
INVITE with 401 and it accepts second INVITE.

But no signallling and Media but my phone shows connected.
