[cisco-voip] FXO port to Viking C-1000B door entry controller

Found a solution.
I called Viking support. Unfortunately they do not have a solutions database but the technical support person suggested I change the gate open code to 99. He said that the digits * and 9 are generally more tolerated by the Viking devices. So after changing the code to 99, it works. BTW; our Viking devices are K-1900-3 devices.
Thank you to all who offered assistance.

With the gateway in MGCP mode, I have had the best overall compatibility results when I configured the gateway to support RFC2833 and allow CUCM to negotiate that. I usually keep the Type of DTMF Relay in CUCM to its default value, and these are the commands I typically add, as I've never seen them on by default nor do they seem to get added during the auto-configuration from CUCM. Make sure to re-register the gateway to CUCM after the changes. Your mileage may vary, but perhaps this will help.

The local analog port is now an FXS port on a Cisco 4331 router using MGCP. The call box at the gate works in that I can call from the call box to a Cisco IP phone and a two way connection works. But when the code is entered on the IP phone to open the gate, the call drops and the gate does not open.
