[cisco-voip] 7945 2nd line ring menu behaviour

Hi all
I have a small office client using  a 7945 for reception , they want to take multiple calls . When call 1 rings in , there is an option to transfer , works ok, when a 2nd call rings in , the transfer menu stays on for 5 more seconds , but then offers the 'ring in' options with answer / I divert .

Receptionist wants the original menu to stay so they can transfer the first call before answering the 2nd call.

Is there anywhere in CM where the ringing options can be modified to change this to keep the first menu active perm or a longer period ?
