[cisco-voip] CCX and NTP

I'm guessing you have a cisco router or two.... Simple put NTP on them,
pointing to 3-5 good NTP sources and then use them company wide.  Works
pretty well for us.  we use Two different Routers with different sources,
then use both routers for all our devices, including Windows.  Haven't had
any issues.
