[cisco-voip] MRA Multiline on CUCM 11.5(1)SU1 and lower

CER IP Subnet Tracking Issues and Device Mobility issues I can think of
off-hand.  A lot of people utilize Device Mobility feature to give
different policies to MRA devices.
