[cisco-voip] Identifying incoming Cell numbers - CM v8 and above

maybe do this with RemoteDestinations

in CUCM v10 plus uncan do it with an ECCP (through CURRI webservice, cause in this version u can do a modify caller name or modify calling name (inbound/outbound).
