[cisco-voip] Two applications, visual and loud environments. Looking for some product ideas

I really like using analog lines for this. The one thing to worry about is that the current spec (well, last we checked) doesn't have enough voltage to power the original loud bell designs, namely two bells with a striker in between. We had to retire those and buy a stack of Wheelock ringers. Here's a video that shows how piercing the sound is.

Of course, by using an analog shared line, you can't tell if someone is actually on the line.

That's where you'd want one tied to the phone itself so the light lights up when ringing, but stays on the line while someone is on the phone.

If "line in use" isn't important, then Wheelock also has...

Subject: [cisco-voip] Two applications, visual and loud environments. Looking for some product ideas

HI,

I wondered if any of you had any product ideas for a light/ringer for Cisco 88XX phones, that ideally would power from the phone itself.

We are aware of this product (this one is simply an amplifier and does not power from the phone)
https://www.amazon.com/DORO-RingPlus-ring-tone-amplifier/dp/B000SHRD3C
Customer wants a "light to flash" since they can't hear the ringers/loud environment.

Another request for a loud wood shop environment and they request bell/alarm (not necessarily a light)

Thanks for any ideas/leads.
