[cisco-voip] HCS 11.6.1 ES3 : websetup issue

Hi all

Im in mid of deploying new setup of *11.6.1 ES3* version , post
installation we are unable to login to websetup to start with initial
config.
Thought this could be generic issue as like access restriction on
config/setup role access on the OU/domain manager. However its not . We
have all rights for the account to be able to perform the deployment , but
still the issue surfaces.


Posting this thread if anyone here come across this issue ? to find out the
resolution for the same.

Note: this instance is part of the windows forest domain , just not the
standalone domain.
