[cisco-voip] BAT Phones and Self Provisioning

I am playing with self-provisioning (and it has been awhile)... but I have
loaded a lot of phones with dummy MACs (BATXXXXXXX) and associated them to
their users.

However, when I do self provisioning (via the IDLE URL or the IVR), it
ignores the BAT template and auto configures the phone...

How do I get it to use my BAT templates for phone deployment without UCCX?
