We might be expected to deliver call recording for a handful of Jabber clients. And likely some call center agents using 7942s.
Just wondering what’s out there now?
I’m hoping for a solution that is:
- a self contained appliance (preferably not running windows OOB)
- can be expanded as required
- has a clustering option for HA
- has multi level administration (groups and or groups of groups)
A remote collector option for areas without phones that support forking so that we can span ports and the collector sends data to the central recorder would be a bonus.
What are people using?
