[cisco-voip] application dial rules

Never mind ... did some more research ... you need to exit Jabber and sign back in for the changes to take effect.

Will test if signing out is enough.

It's been a while since I've done this. Trying to add an application dial rule for:

+32 2 704 5555 (cisco Europe TAC)

I've got:

But it doesn't seem to be working.

The number does not match any of the existing dial rules.

I can dial the number when I manually complete the rule.

DNA does not include application dial rules as far as I can tell, so, no help there.

Do I need to restart anything? I hope not!
