Also may want to make sure EXP-C has a good CA trust built for the EXP-E SSL cert (add the the CA root and intermediate certs to the trust store of EXP-C).

hi Ryan

Thanks for the reply.

I am able to resolve _cisco-uds from my laptop (using the same dns as exp c). and i can see the exp c resolved cucm ip address as well. i took logs of both 2xexpressway E and Expressway C. i upload logs on Collaboration solutions Analyzer. see the attached logs and error. it seems like i have to reboot exp c.

Regards

Everything still good with the internal _cisco-uds SRV record? Can the EXP-C resolve this in DNS?

What shows in the event log of EXP-E/C when Jabber MRA registration is attempted?

Thanks,
Ryan

hi,

I am facing issue when i connect jabber via internet (MRA). on IPhone, I see following error.

"Cannot connect to Unified Communications Manager server. check your network settings"

for windows Jabber, see the attached Error.

Jabber Version 10.6.0

CUCM Version: 11.5.1.11900-26

Expressway E and C: 8.9

External Jabber was working before. In January, Expressway C certificate was expired. I installed new client and server certificate on C and also uploaded root certificate on E. After that i reboot both Expressway C and E. After that, i was able to login externally but phone service is not working and i am not able make calls.
