[cisco-voip] UCCX 9.0 to 10.6 HA

We’ll be upgrading 9.0.2 HA to 10.6 HA in our off-line network first, then just export/import VMs into production. This way we’ll be able to test new features (e.g. CUIC) and the service interruption will be shorter.

Kind regards,

Probably easier to upgrade to 10.6 first and then add the HA node.

Otherwise, you can build out a whole new 10.6 HA Cluster with new IPs and move users over to that.

Looking for any advice on adding a new server to existing single server UCCX deployment. New version of CCX will be 10.6. Existing server is 9.0.2. What is the best way to integrate the new server inline? Move everyone to the new server then upgrade the old server?
