Hi Lelio,

You could download the JTAPI Test Tool (https://developer.cisco.com/site/jtapi/downloads/) and try that, same idea as using the TSP driver but possibly a bit easier to use.

I’ve tried logging in to the admin page and user page, but I suspect this won’t work since it really only has CTI app role assignments.

I don’t want to change the role in any way.

What options do I have to test authentication?
