[cisco-voip] access to the requested resource has been denied adding analog devices...

Running CUCM  12.0.1.21900-7

When I try to save an analog port on a VG350, I get this error:




I just have one window open, I have tried in Chrome/Firefox and IE, same
error.

I am logged in as a CCM Super User (the admin account created during setup).

Added a VG350 and am now configuring port 2/0/0 for BAT, when I hit save,
get the above.

I am able to add phones and configure everything else so far... any idea
what would cause the above error?
