[cisco-voip] Jabber 12.1(0) has dropped

I tested through Customer Connection Program and that "feature" was
definitely annoying.  Basically, first time login prompts for your email
address to send you info on how to download the mobile apps.  Not sure if
anything got updated in parameters guide to disable that behavior.
