[cisco-voip] Speed Dial #30 to URI

FYI - I tested using # in the prefix, e.g. *#*, but I couldn’t get it to work in the transform. It wouldn’t recognize # or \#. I didn’t spend any time troubleshooting. Went back to all *’s.

Is there an expressway pair in the mix? If so, you can use a transform on the C.

I send RP w/ DN 12345 w/ prefix *** to SIP trunk to C. On C I transform ***12345 to meet at acme.webex.com<mailto:meet at acme.webex.com>.

Works like a charm.

Note: because transforms are the first thing touched in searches and because they’re searched by _all_ calls as far as I can tell (since they don’t have zone information) I use the prefix to make sure no unintentional mixups happen.

I’m trying to setup #30 to be name at domain.com<mailto:name at domain.com> in CallManager for a Jabber for Andorid 12.1 client.

Route Patterns and Translation Patterns can’t be SIP URI. Any other ideas/workarounds?
