[cisco-voip] Jabber for iPhone no directory services, on net

By default, Jabber MRA utilises UDS (or BDI) for the directory?

Jabber for Windows (inside the Enterprise) used to use MS AD (or EDI) by default?
But then it also depends on your settings in both the jabber-config.xml file and the UC Services configured in the UC Service Profile.

Jabber and Android on-prem will use BDI by default?

I’d be looking at the settings in your jabber-config file and UC services. Do you want J4W to use AD or would you prefer to use the CUCM for the directory for all?

Sorry this was a bit of a long winded round-about email. But Jabber for Windows uses a different directory source by default compared to mobiles and MRA.

Hope this helps you to look at the directory configuration or DNS?

Cheers
Dana

Jabber for iPhone offnet, thru Expressway, Directory Services work fine.

Jabber for iPhone ONnet, Directory Services fail.

Jabber for Windows and Android on net work fine.

Everything works fine thru Expressway...

Any ideas?

Jonathan
