[cisco-voip] Application Dial Rules for Jabber Dialing E164 numbers

We’re not yet E164’ified, so I’d like to update our application dial rules so that at least Jabber users can (right-) click on an E164 number and copy/paste if required so that the number goes through without them having to figure out stuff.
The only way I can think of doing this (again, without editing our actual dial plan) is to add around 10 application dial rules. The shortest E164 number that I can find, believe it or not, 7 digits<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telephone_numbers_in_Niue>.
So it would be something like:
Number Begins With : +
Number of Digits : 8 (7 digit plus the plus sign)
Total Digits to be Removed : 1 (to remove the plus sign)
Prefix With Pattern : 9011
I would then add additional rules for the longer numbers.
Since these would appear later in the rule set, my more precise rules would take precedence. I hope. 😉
Thoughts?
