[cisco-voip] weird behaviour when dialing webex personal room SIP URI when logged into (webex) meetings tab in Jabber

Sorry, correction needed here.
I mentioned coyote at uoguelph.ca<mailto:coyote at uoguelph.ca> below, but it should have read coyote at acme.com<mailto:coyote at acme.com> in keeping with the example.
I mean, uoguelph.ca<http://uoguelph.ca> _is_ what’s being used, but I didn’t want to interject a third domain as part of the problem.

Is the coyote at uoguelph.ca<mailto:coyote at uoguelph.ca> URI a saved call back in your PMR (if it is, remove it then test)? Since the WebEx Meeting tab is just making REST calls to Webex, it seems like something is picking up on that session and “thinking” that you are trying call yourself.
If you are logged into the WebEx Meeting tab in jabber, and you call another PMR in the same WebEx site (not your PMR URI though), do you get the same behavior?

OK – This one is weird. Hopefully a simple fix.
I got things working so that when I log into Jabber as coyotes at jabber.acme.com<mailto:coyotes at jabber.acme.com>, I can “call” coyote at acme.webex.com<mailto:coyote at acme.webex.com> and it is sent to coyote’s personal room and I see the “enter your pin prompt”. Cool.
However, that only works if I choose to not log in to the WebEx Meetings tab on Jabber. If I do choose to log in, when I try dialing coyote at acme.webex.com<mailto:coyote at acme.webex.com>, it is changed (somewhere!) to dial coyote at uoguelph.ca<mailto:coyote at uoguelph.ca> which simple results in a call-waiting beep on my own line… yes, I’ve just called myself.
Has anyone seen this happen?
I’m pretty sure it’s happening either within CUCM or within Jabber itself.
I’m going to do some on-prem testing later to make sure what I’m seeing in Expressway is just MRA stuff.
Very weird.
