I can confirm that I am talking to broadsoft, since I get a an error in
CUBE about the SDP attribute bsoft
<https://community.cisco.com/t5/ip-telephony-and-phones/sip-warning-unrecognized-attribute-bsoft/td-p/2903969>
not being recognized.

Nate, is there a choice for the customer signing up for new service, or is
it dictated by something out of their control?
