[cisco-voip] CallManager 11x disable HSTS ?

   Is there a Enterprise or Service Parameter to disable HTTP Strict Transport Security in CallManager 11.5.1Su5?  It is one thing to add HSTS and another to not allow customers to choose to disable it. (added in 11.0 per CSCuy47554)

Customer upgraded Firefox and now they can't connect to their Self-Signed cluster to manage it.

Firefox   "This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to specify that Firefox may only connect to it securely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate."
