[cisco-voip] looking for some help from Canadian EDU folk

Can anyone on the list who's from a Canadian EDU contact me?

I'm looking for some help troubleshooting CANARIE peering with Webex.

Right now, we're seeing all outbound traffic traverse our commercial links and inconsistent inbound traffic (sometimes CANARIE, sometimes commercial).

I'd be looking to get some output from your edge/gateway routers, namely "show ip route <ipaddr>" and "show bgp <ipaddr>", along with a full trace route from your PC to webex.
