[cisco-voip] TCL Script to play message for hotel room?

   Call is routed to router as #23+number, then a message would need to be played flash  "This call will be charged to your account at the rate indicated in your room, to accept these charges and continue your call press 1 otherwise hangup" then if thye hit 1 send it along to dial-peer.

Anyone seen something like this, don't have UCCX to script etc.

IOS 16.6.5 on ISR 4431s
