[cisco-voip] Jabber Save Chat to Exchange

Anyone ever seen an issue where the saved chat log in Outlook has an
unrelated email address but the address associated does exist in the email
AD field within the domain?

For example:

I chat with John Doe. John.doe at company.com
But the message in the Cisco Jabber Chats folder is from jen.doe at school.edu

Both exist in AD and both a counts are correct but somehow exchange is
picking the wrong address as the participant.
