[cisco-voip] Entitlement for CE

We have ELA (1.0) collab suite, and I downloaded CE software not too long ago.

I can try again when I’m back in the office.

Pretty sure ELA includes software support. Unless there was an added support sku I missed seeing on our order.

As a follow on from the other thread – before I call TAC up do we know if you need to have SWSS or something specifically on a telepresence/webex room device to get code for them? Is it not covered under the licensing for the Expressway/VCS/UCM ?

Tried to grab CE code last week and it tells me additional entitlement is required, but we have an ELA (1.0 but still includes TP licensing for the rooms)
