[cisco-voip] 8851: always use first line for outbound calls with

I've noticed that the selected line key is sticky. If you click to answer/place a call, it's focus sticks until you change.

I'm wondering if this is impacting a whole bunch of behavior and whether there is a way to turn this stickiness off.

I'm assuming this is different than the "always use prime line" settings on the device, with that set to ON that it does this?

We've been setting this off on these models as the most common complaint has been that users follow the steps from the 7900 to check voicemail, and pressing the other line keys then the messages key results in the first line being used all the time.
