Those look like really neat services. I’ll be honest, I didn’t expect the video IVR to be so expensive. ☹ Wish I had the ability to do it with the on-prem equipment and software I have.

It would have to be a unicast type of solution, so each access would play the file from the beginning.

Are there cloud based solutions?
