In Central Indiana we went the opposite way about a decade ago. It definitely creates its challenges. Biggest thing is waiting for OEM’s to put in the new time zone, which in your case you can’t do too far ahead of time, since you still using DST this year. Additionally, all those systems are that end of life or outside maintenance, sometimes it force old systems to be upgraded across multiple major releases.
