4559R.rap.local is local pc hostname. i will still add local host file entry with PC's IP Address

It seems the PC you're using to run CCX Editor debugger is unable to resolve the hostname 4559R.rap.local. Please ensure the PC is able to resolve that hostname via the DNS server. If that is not possible you can also add an entry into the PC's C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file such as this, replacing the IP with yours:

10.1.1.1       4559R.rap.local
