[cisco-voip] Jabber and locked screens - it works! but should it?

How about just give us the option to control the behavior?  You'll always
find someone playing devil's advocate and explaining a scenario to you in
which their opinion makes sense.  Might as well let both sides of the isle
have their cake and eat it too.
