[cisco-voip] nonvoice subsystem partial service on uccx2

hi,


currently i have uccx 12.0 installed (redundant). for uccx1, Cisco Unified CCX Engine service is IN Service. but for UCCX2, its partial service and within that nonVoice Subsystem is showing partial service. i restarted Cisco Unified CCX Engine service of uccx2 but still showing partial service. should I reboot uccx2 or resync?
