[cisco-voip] sip 404 not found for incoming calls

Naresh, I'm going to guess that your issue is not on the gateway.  I think
that you will find the issue is within CUCM.  Can you pull traces from CUCM
for the same call and share them?  For example, I see you are using calling
and called party transforms

Also, did you see the comments I sent you earlier, and do you have
responses to them?
