[cisco-voip] [External] Non-jabber based Cisco softphones for iPhone and Android

We run android and ios phone only jabber clients over expressway MRA and
have had a pretty positive experience on it. It runs very similar to phone
only jabber on windows with the major missed feature for us being the lack
of additional lines available on the jabber for mobile.
