[cisco-voip] Single button ARD

Hi Matt,

So basically you want a plar thats able to get a call as well as make a call to a DN type setup….. I asked cisco to add this into the PLAR back in CUCM 9… but just like my request for a notepad in CUCM 4 it got put aside. (The note pad idea was to allow the tech to put T1 info and numbers/ID’s int he system so it was easily found… but the team didn’t have time to complete the request before the rollout and it never got picked back up…. Oh well ….)

The first thing that comes to mind is create the outbound part of the plar to a CTI port instead of another phone, then forward it to your DN on the gateway so your dial-peer can send it out the channel you want via destination pattern.. and use profiles to clear the numbers….

Should be able to put a DN on that line so it can be answered when it rings…. But hmmm, not that I think about it, that might not work like your after…?

Not sure if this helps at all…. Just thinking out loud, and now that I typed it I don’t even know if I have tried something like this…. But got my curiosity peeked.
