[cisco-voip] CUACA Database Restore

We are migrating CUACA from Windows 2012 to 2016 (CUACA 12.0.5)...

When running the database wizard, during CUACA install (after restoring
databases), the system appears to be hanging on 'Creating Logging DB'...
like over an hour.

The amount of time spent on the Config DB was like 4 minutes... just
curious if there is a workaround here...
