The Cisco 88xx series phones are the most mainstream ones currently. We standardized on the 8861 a few years ago. The Wifi support was a big plus especially with work from home MRA deployment.

I have 4 Cisco 7960 IP phones. I believe almost all of them are faulty because there are black patches on the LCD screens. Perhaps due to the humid environment in Singapore.

I am interested in buying new Cisco IP phones. What are the latest models?
