[cisco-voip] VMware ESXi v7.0u3

[Gentoo]

No issues with 7.0.3 for UCCE 12.5, Expressway, CUCM 12.5/14, CUC 12.5 for me.

7.0.3 is an iffy esxi release though,  be sure to read the vmware notices regarding it, depending on your environment and which 7.0.3 release you are on https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/86287
