color=#0000ff size=2>The only way I have been able to provide Caller ID when
making outbound call is by specifying a "Calling Party Transform Mask" in a
Route Pattern. Unfortunately you can only assign 1 # per Route Pattern, so
everyone using that route pattern has the same caller ID. For my company,
I set the caller ID to be the receptionist's DID so that if someone calls back
based on Caller ID, the receptionist can transfer the call.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

Manager 3.3. When we have recently added caller id. The problem I
have is my outgoing calls don't send the id info. Incoming call
information is coming thru fine. Is there a setting that I need to
adjust on the CCM. Our external phone number mask is set up
701*355*XXXX. I tried changing that to the extension number without any
luck. I contacted the local Telco who provides the service and they seem
to think the problem is on my end.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
