external calling mask, I was told by TAC on many occassions that it has to be

Call Manager 3.3. When we have recently added caller id. The
problem I have is my outgoing calls don't send the id info. Incoming
call information is coming thru fine. Is there a setting that I
need to adjust on the CCM. Our external phone number mask is set
up 701*355*XXXX. I tried changing that to the extension number without
any luck. I contacted the local Telco who provides the service and
they seem to think the problem is on my end.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
