and DCD replication will be broken after a ghost restore.
ghost backup/restore is not really supported by Cisco, but it has worked

of the engineers here has tried to recover from a backup, and has been
unsuccessful to this day. He has tried 3 times and the
configuration has never come up the same. I've never tried it
myself, and am somewhat hesitant to try after hearing this. I
would go with the Ghost image like Wes
