<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us">I have IPCC Express 3.1(2) up and running. I’m going to put an agent at a remote site. Current setup looks like this:</SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us">Central site ---- remote site.</SPAN></P>
<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us">Connection from central to remote is a Frame Relay T1 with two PVCs. One 1024k running voice and one 512k for data. All QoS is already setup. All users at the remote site are running G729. via CM 3.3.4. I setup a new location/region for this same location as G711 for the agent. If I understand correctly I should be able to load the agent at the remote location, right? What are the network resources that are needed? The agent seems to be timing out before it can log him in. Am I running out of bandwidth?</SPAN></P>
