configuration:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>A cisco 2651 voice gateway with E1
controller card and so an E1 attached to it.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>A cisco call manager with several
7960/7940/7905 and ATA 186 devices.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>Problem.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>Here is the problem that i am dealing
with for over 3 months!! The customer has gone crazy!!!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>When calls from an IPhone are made
to numbers belonging to specific mobile (cellular) phone company the call is
established but the Transfer soft key is not present. Only the Key End Of Call
is present!!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>When, the cellular phone calls the
iphone there is no problem!!! All other calls to other companies from or to the
ipphones are perfect with the transfer key present!!!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=2>I will attach to you the Q931 debugging
of a problem call as well as a detailed trace from the call
manager.</FONT></DIV>
