<P ALIGN=LEFT><SPAN LANG="en-us"><FONT SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I can successfully send an outbound fax by using the .tif file that was generated from an on ramp fax, so I know I have the gateway working. I have been trying to find a client application or printer driver that will convert my word documents, pdf, excel spreadsheets, etc to the correct tiff format. I was hoping to just use the Microsoft Fax services built into Win 2k and XP, but windows generates a TIFF-F formatted file and the cisco T.37 off ramp application only supports TIFF-S format.</FONT></SPAN></P>
