size=4>Unfortunatly we don't use our speed dials here. We load a TSP
client onto each users PC so they can direct dial out of Outlook , not sure if
the name will translate that way but I'll check if has it in his
contacts...would solve a GREAT deal of my issues since he is really hot for the
thought that his name will show up on external phones....(Typical execs huh :)

Currently when we place a call, the external number mask shows up on the phone
being called. (Apparently someone called us from the outside, and their name
showed up on his display, and the CEO asked why our system didn't do
