the other day and said they wanted it setup so that when we make an outgoing
call, the name will come up on the reciepent's screen (external calls,)
Currently when we place a call, the external number mask shows up on the phone
being called. (Apparently someone called us from the outside, and their name
showed up on his display, and the CEO asked why our system didn't do
