had to use one version of Sun Java and the assistant had to use another version.
Neither application were compatible with the version of Java the other needed.

ago. The problem is that Sun<BR>constantly updates their Java VM but the
Cisco Engineers don't update<BR>CallManager to keep pace. They told me
there was a specific version of the<BR>Sun Java VM that they had tested and
did not exibit this problem. I can't<BR>remeber the version, but I tried
it and it was still the same thing with the<BR>second auth window. The
only way to avoid it is to get ahold of the old<BR>Microsoft Java VM, which is
nearly impossible since the legal settlement<BR>between Microsoft and
Sun. If you search around the net some you may be<BR>able to get ahold
of it. I don't know if this is still a problem with<BR>CallManager 4.0.
