conferencing problems with a 3660 running 12.3(7)T4 (was running 12.3(4)T4 and
T7 with same problem) using DSP resources from an NM-HDV. The conference
bridge is configured as an IOS conference bridge in CCM 3.3(2) (old I know,
will be upgrading soon) and transcoders are configured as well as IOS Media
Termination Points. We added PVDMs to 3 different routers in 3 remote
sites to save WAN bandwidth and the quality of their conferences over the WAN
was poor since we didn’t have enough CoS1 in our managed MPLS WAN.
After I added them and configured them at one site conferencing seemed to
work fine when I tested it.</span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'>I was at one of the sites yestereday
since this is becoming a hot issue because the users cannot conference at
all. This is what happens:</span></font></p>

person local at the site and then conferenced in someone over the PSTN.
After hitting Conference the second time that point I could only hear the
person over the PSTN when we were all in the conference. The other local
person I conferenced in could only hear the person over the PSTN as well and
not me. The person over the PSTN could not hear anyone.</span></font></p>

style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:Arial'> </span></font></p>

registered in ccm and ACTIVE and CONNECTED on the gateway. When the
conference is made there is no sign of any problems… other than one way
audio problems and no way audio for some participants.</span></font></p>
