report tool are. I know there is a softkey that users can use to tag problem
calls, but I'm just wondering at the relevance of the data collected and how it
is presented. Does anyone have a list of questions the survey asks you when you
press the number? I looked it up on CCO and didn't find an example of the
questions. Maybe I didn't look deep enough?</FONT></DIV>
